As of today I have completed much of ym construction. I have cut all parts out of polycarbonate. I have glued and sanded the arms. I have also drilled all neccessary holes needed. At the end of the last class I drilled and epoxied the rear eyehooks into place and must check on them to make sure they dried properly. The next steps are to install the hydraulic syringe and connect it to the arms.

As of today I am nearing completion on my construction. I have had a few setbacks in trying to fit all the pieces together. These were all solved by minor sanding of the polycarbonate. I have connected the syringe to the eyehooks on the arms. I had previously epoxied the syringe in place but this was ineffective. My next step will be to secure the syringe in place using a metal strip I have already fabrricated.

As of today I have completed construction and am waiting upon my teammate to recieve the bigle pumps which will be used to propel the Rov. After this we must wire the Rov and construct the tether. Hopefully this will be completed within the next week.

As of today I have mounted my arm onto the Rov frame. I attached a shortened length of tether and tested the arm. The arm has exceeded my expectations and is working super awesomely good. I also purchased the mineral oil to fill the hydraulic line. My next step is to aquire the rubber to be used for the grip. So far I have located two products which could be used but I wish to check multplie other stores before making a decision.
